Do you know why Myanmar are so proud of Bagan?
Bagan was founded on mid 9-10th Century.
From 1044-1287 Bagan was the political, economic and cultural nerve centre of Kingdom Bagan.

During the Kingdom's height, over 10,000 pagodas, monasteries and temples were built.
Bagan, being located in active earthquake zone, had suffered many
earthquakes over the ages, with over 400 recorded earthquakes between
1904 and 1975.
So far, Myanmar's wonderful architecture has survived, and over 2200 temples and pagodas are what made us proud of Bagan.

Ngapali Beach, Bay of Bengal
Ngapali beach is one of the wonderful landmarks of Myanmar and is also
the most beautiful beach in Myanmar. Ngapali’s beautiful sandy beach
stretches on the Bay of Bengal. It lies 7 km from Thandwe, in Rakhine

Indawgyi Lake
Indawgyi Lake is located in Moenyin Township, Kachin State, Myanmar.
Indawgyi Lake is the largest inland lake not only in Myanmar but also in
Southeast Asia. The measurement of the lake is 8 miles across from east
to west and
15 miles from north to south. The main dominant ethnic groups dwelling around the lake are Kachin, and Shan.

There are about 20 villages around the lake. Their main occupation is
plantation. Indawgyi Lake lies within the area of Indawgyi Lake Wildlife
Sanctuary. The Sanctuary itself composes about 300 square miles, and
contains a variety of rare animal species. It was established in 1999,
in the concern of environmental and wildlife preservation.
